Hello and welcome to Ullswater's Class Page. We are a class of year 3 and 4 pupils who enjoy learning and make the most of the fantastic opportunities on offer at North Lakes School. Our teachers are Mrs Batley and Mrs Greenwood who make our learning fun and enjoyable. Mrs Kelly and Mrs Varty are also around Ullswater Classroom helping us learn and achieve our best and we have our own sports coach Miss Potter who works with us on a Friday.

Mrs Kelly and Mrs Varty are also around Ullswater Classroom helping us learn and achieve our best and we have our own sports coach Miss Potter who works with us on a Friday.So far this year we have studied some interesting topics like: Amazing Egyptians, Mini Beasts, Tanzania , Healthy Eating, Fair trade and currently our Topic of learning is Rise of the Robots!. Our class councillors, Jordon, Lewis, Tyler and Chase are always at hand to listen and promote ideas we have for our school. Remember to use the Suggestion Box in our classroom if you have thoughts for discussion at the regular meetings.
Each term there is a new reading challenge which we all participate in. So far this year we have completed The Tomb Raiders challenge, scaled the heights of Kilimanjaro and currently we have The Rise of The Robots! Which level do you think you will reach this term? We read every day in class, sometimes in a Guided session with Mrs Batley or Mrs Greenwood and sometimes with a study buddy from Year 5 and 6. As we say at North Lakes 'Kids Who Read Succeed!'
Ullswater members work hard in our learning to develop the 5Rs -
