The Big Sing Goes Wild Gallery (July 2011)
During the first week of July, members of NLS choir travelled to Gateshead to sing with a number of other schools from all over the country. We sang lots of songs throughout the day: Onye Bonye, Eye of the Tiger, Big Yellow Taxi, Down by the Riverside and Three Little Birds.
The Sage is a big, abstract building and inside is a huge stage where Beccy Owen and other people were standing, singing and playing the tunes for our songs. We were there nearly a whole day singing songs we had spent many dinner times before hand practicing for the Big Sing event, and these were certainly useful. Overall, it was a great day!
