Now>Press>Play Transition Workshop (June 2015)

On Monday 25th June, Freddie Machin from now>press>play boarded a train at London Euston and travelled to Penrith to deliver two very special workshops using an exciting new resource with Y6.

Now>press>play is an educational resource that uses sound, story and movement, to immerse children in the world of their topic.  Our topic was Transition; after an exciting warm up with Freddie we were each given a pair of bright pink wireless headphones.

We listened carefully to the precise instructions before the active and stimulating learning experience began where we were transported to our first day at secondary school.  It was an excellent experience and we loved the way that we had to follow the story and felt as though we were actually there!

Thank you Freddie and now>press>play for an excellent afternoon and taking the time to show your exciting resource to us.
