Our class has 29 children and we are a mix of Year 3 and Year 4. We work with Miss Johnston in class. We are also fortunate enough to have the support many different Teaching Assistants who help us with our learning.

So far this term the Year 4’s have been fantastic role models to the Year 3’s, really helping them to settle in. They have been welcoming to our year 3’s and have always been willing to give them a Helping Hand.

Together we have created our own class rules, which we are all trying our best to follow;

• We always stay positive!
• We respect each other and listen carefully.
• We use polite words when we speak to each other.
• We always respect our room and equipment.
• We never give up when things get tough.
•  We always persevere.
• We are always kind and give a helping hand to others.
• We always give 100% effort to our learning and try our best.

We are looking forward to electing our class councillors soon – watch this space as they will be adding to our class webpage once elected. We will select our councillors as a class after we have listened to their speeches.

During the Autumn term we will be taking part in a Newcastle Falcons tag rugby activity where we will also learn some sign language! We are excited to begin this.
