Y5&6 Intra School Football (Oct 2017)
The day of the Intra School Football Tournament was action packed with all four teams going head to head in some outstanding games. Everyone battled hard to win the ball and take shots to give their team the lead. In the end, it went down to the last game. After two draws, Red Pike were in the lead after success against Blencathra, however it was Great Gable and Blencathra that battled it out in the final game, with the winning team to go into first place. After a difficult ten minutes, Helvellyn clinched the title just narrowly beating Great Gable.
Well done to Helvellyn who went on to be 2017 Year 5 and 6 winners, and overall School Champions as they tied with Blencathra in Year 3&4
