During Autumn term Years 3 and 4 have been lucky enough to learn sign language and have Tag Rugby coaching with Keith Robinson, a coach with Newcastle Falcons. All of the children learnt basic BSL sign language, including the signs for numbers, weather, colours and basic vocabulary. Why don’t you ask one of them to teach you some signs? We all enjoyed learning new skills in tag rugby too. We learned about scoring, marking, team play and passing. We played small group games to improve our skills then we played as a whole class, feeling very lucky to have had Keith as a coach.
