On Tuesday 27th March, 2012, Rydal Water, Elterwater and some Year 5’s from Buttermere were set a special task. They had to film silent movie scenes from the Titanic, which may sound simple but behind the scenes things were a bit more tricky, Each class was split into groups of about 4-6 members. We had to co-operate to choose our passenger classes, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or crew, and also help to organize props and costumes from items collected from home, helped by our parents. Thankfully, we managed to pull off a really good performance, and we’re sure our films will be a success. Perhaps we’ll even go down in history!
