Stone Age Day (October 2014)
Windermere and Coniston had an exciting day learning all about the Stone Age. We met four different people, each from a different era: one from the Paleolithic period, one from the Mesolithic period, one from the Neolithic period and one from the Bronze Age.
During the day, we go the opportunity to make clay beakers, arrowheads, use a bow and arrow, make out own cave paintings and dabble in a bit of Celtic magic.
