Running Club (Spring 2017)

Mrs Smith and Ms Wills organise the club on Tuesday and Friday mornings at 8.30am. Everyone is welcome and our numbers are growing.

 

We always start with a warm-up and often run a mile around the Trim Trail (which we can include in our 100 mile challenge). We play running games and we are well aware of how our speed and strength are growing. We finish with a cool-down, before going back into school for lessons. Research shows that running not only makes you fitter and leaner, it improves your concentration and attainment - so we are definitely ready for the school day.

 

“It is fun, active and it gets you fit.”- this is just one of the many positive comments from pupils at our school Running Club.
