Red Nose Day 2019 (Mar 2019)
North Lakes School turned red on Friday 15th March, for a day filled with fun! With crazy costumes and wacky hairstyles the children and staff enjoyed a great day of fundraising for a worthy cause.
The highlight of our Red Nose Day was a talent show competition, featuring the very best acts from nine classes. These included dancing, gymnastics, singing, music, jokes and riddles, which kept us entertained for nearly an hour.
Thank you to everyone who dressed up, who performed in classrooms or the Hall, and who contributed to our excellent bake sale. With more than enough cakes to go round, we even had some left over for the teachers! Your support was very much appreciated, with the school receiving a fabulous total of £384 on the day for Comic Relief!
