We got into the swing of the Christmas season with the North Lakes School Christmas Fair on Thursday 20th November. The school was packed for this very well supported event, and we were joined by Santa Claus who was busy all night with a long queue of children ready to talk and receive their gifts.
The Christmas raffle was a complete sell out, with a host of prizes generously donated by friends and parents. With stalls and activities all around school, we were delighted to raise just over £1,000 for school funds, which will help towards the cost of some all weather surfacing for the adventure trail early in January.
Sincere thanks to Sheila Watson and her team of parent helpers who spent the day in school preparing the event. Thanks to all who came, donated prizes and supported us.
