Carlisle United Visit (March 2013)
CARLISLE UNITED 1:1 MILTON KEYNES DONS
It was not the best game in the world (Carlisle are having that sort of season), and the weather was FREEZING, but a small party of parents and children from North Lakes School enjoyed a visit to Brunton Park in early March to watch the Foxes play.
The children met some players, and Olga the mascot before taking up their front row seats in the stand and collecting their goody bags. The children gave a big cheer when the school logo appeared on the scoreboard, but did not cheer when MK Dons took the lead.
Carlisle battled on throughout and never gave up and they eventually got their equaliser to great cheers with only minutes left. Thanks to all parents for joining the visit and to Carlisle United for providing this great opportunity!
