Children in Need (Nov 2015)
Friday 13th November was Children in Need Day. Our school always like to participate and join in the fun. We raised essential funds by baking and selling cakes. Thanks to Greggs in Penrith who also baked trays of Pudsey bears which were sold during morning break.
In assembly we watched various videos which highlighted all the good work that Children in Need do. North Lakes have previously applied to Children in Need in the past, when they contributed to our Sensory room and mini bus fundraising.
Thanks to all who helped to raise £210 for a very worthy cause!
