Regular attendance is essential not just for academic success but also for overall wellbeing and life opportunities. Research shows that pupils who maintain high attendance rates tend to achieve better results at the end of key stage 2 compared to those with lower attendance.

Should you choose to have registered at our school, it’s imperative to remember that you also have a legal responsibility to make sure they attend regularly. This includes attending every day that the school is open, with only a few exceptions such as illness or pre-approved absences.

Term-Time Holidays: Headteachers cannot grant leaves of absence for term-time holidays unless there are exceptional circumstances.
