A warm welcome to North Lakes School!
Located in the beautiful town of Penrith in Cumbria, our school is an ambitious, caring and inclusive environment that places our children at the heart of everything we do.
Our aim for every child is to ensure that they feel safe, valued and inspired to discover joy and wonder in their learning and the world around them. Together with our families, staff and governors, we seek to empower our children at every stage of their learning journey and encourage them to embrace opportunities that enable them to grow into confident, curious and resilient individuals, ready to shape their futures so that they are prepared for the world long after they leave North Lakes School.
We have developed an exciting and challenging curriculum that enables our children to deepen their understanding of the local and wider environment that they live in so that they have ambitious aspirations that prepare them for their future. This is achieved through creating knowledge-rich experiences and stimulating, meaningful opportunities that are exciting so that our children will remember long after their time in North Lakes School.
It is an absolute privilege to have been appointed as the head teacher of North Lakes School and to be instrumental in shaping each child's journey. We strive to support our children to grown into inquisitive young adults who challenge themselves whilst having empathy and value for others and the world around them.
