Everyone will have noticed the smart new signs outside school. These are designed to welcome parents and visitors to the school, but also to ensure the safety of children and families:
Please DO NOT walk through the car park; it is not safe for pedestrians, especially children – please use the playground gates for walking access
Please DO NOT allow dogs on to the school field; this year there have been many incidents where dog mess has been found
May we also ask that:
Cars DO NOT park on the yellow chevrons outside school - this is dangerous to children and other drivers, and is illegal
Parents PLEASE DO come onto the playground after school, rather than waiting outside the fence – this will keep the pavement clear, making this safer, and also will give staff more opportunity to meet parents.
