Goodbye Mrs Shaw!
We are all really sorry to be saying goodbye to Mrs Shaw who retires at the end of this term after more than 30 years’ magnificent service as the Secretary at North Lakes School.
Mrs Shaw is universally respected by all in our school community. Over the years her kindness, calmness, patience, hard work and confidentiality have made her a friend to everyone and a great support to children, staff and parents alike. She has offered a warm welcome to thousands of visitors and callers over the years – she has time for everyone and has helped countless people through so many tricky situations.
We wish Mrs Shaw a long and happy retirement and she will certainly enjoy the chance to spend more time with her family and her grandchildren. Thank you for everything, Sue – we wish you all the very best for the future!
