Christmas Singing

This year our Christmas celebrations in school have been all about singing – and the children have worked SO hard!  They have worked together to learn their words, to follow the melodies to add expression, sometimes building in parts and harmonies.

We hope that you will enjoy watching the children’s superb performances, shared on Tuesday 14th in the School Hall.

With a selection of festive songs, new and old, all of the children sang: “Something Special”, and “Sing Up, It’s Christmas!”

Years 3 & 4 sang “Away In A Manger”, while Years 5 & 6 performed “That’s Christmas to Me”, and “Ding Dong Merrily on High”.

After school on Tuesday, and as a special treat for the adults who collect us from school, all of the children sang “The 12 Days of Christmas”.

We hope that you enjoy watching the performances as much as the children have enjoyed singing for you.  Visit our Special Frog

Many thanks to the children and staff for all their hard work and to Mr Soulsby for leading the singing to such a high standard.

Happy Christmas!
