Congratulations to our five a side football squad for a great performance on Saturday 16th January at the Sands Centre Mixed Schools Tournament. Playing four games in a tough group, North Lakes were unbeaten and won three of their matches- against Bishop Harvey Goodwin, All Saints Cockermouth, and St. Michael’s Dalston. We drew 1-1 with Beckstone Primary School from Harrington, but as they had scored more goals in their other matches, it was then Beckstone who qualified for the semi finals. Well done to Mackenzie, Harvey F, Harvey R, Reon, Callum and Ben for their teamwork and skill, which meant that we achieved our best ever results at this challenging event!
