At North Lakes School, we realise the importance of reaching beyond Penrith and Cumbria; exposing our pupils to the wider world. Our curriculum and enrichment offer has been planned to ensure our children have opportunities to explore and experience cultures outside their own beliefs and experiences. This includes inviting specialist practitioners to come into school and work with our children, providing timetabled themed  weeks such as multifaith week, and through our PHSE curriculum supporting children to develop empathy and an understanding of others.
