World Book Day (Mar 2018)

Book characters in fantastic costumes paraded the school on Friday 16th March to celebrate World Book Day. It was a late arrival for this special day- due to the influence of the ‘Beast from the East’, but it didn’t not hamper our excited spirits to share a good story and get into character.

A special assembly was led by Mr Twit, (aka Mr Pincombe) whose beard was a resting place for several half chewed sweets, crumbs and the odd maggot. The children looked amazing in their costumes and enjoyed sharing stories within class.

Thank you for your support with this event!
