We Love Tag Rugby (March 2015)
Year 5 and 6 pupils have been enjoying Tag Rugby Club over the last few weeks. Tag Rugby is a fast paced, very enjoyable game of skill and teamwork. There is no contact but it is highly competitive and well suited to netballers, runners, footballers, or anyone who wants a go!
We are training for the Eden Valley tournament in April and with a couple of sessions to go after Easter we will still welcome new Year 5 and 6 members.
Each club session includes a warm up, some drills to practise key skills: passing, support and tagging; then plenty of time for match practice. We particularly need more girls so that we can enter two teams for the competition, so please come along and give it a try!
