The Best of the Big Sing (July 2012)
The Big Sing is a chance for pupils to shine and raise their voice as loud as they want. Big Sing is really fun, I love it. Six children from North Lakes were picked by Mr Soulsby to go on the stage and perform the “Olympic Song” with the young music leaders and Jilly Jarman.”
Tom said he enjoyed raving to “Eye of the Tiger” it’s a place to improve your singing skills as well!” Jessica said she loved singing “The Fox.”But I loved everything especially Anderson’s Coast it was brilliant.
The big sing is a chance for schools to come together across the North East and Cumbria as a community to sing loud and proud and indulge themselves. It’s a place for people not to be shy, even teachers could learn new things. 
Overall the Big Sing was fantastic and the whole day was fab!
