Pupils from all four year groups represented our school at the Penrith Schools Swim Gala in June this year. The children swam individual events as well as relay races. The longest race was called a cannon, which involved six competitors swimming consecutive lengths.
All the children took part in the Margaret Wilson Memorial Race. Each year a trophy is presented to the fastest swimmer in school and this year the competition was fierce, but Millie just won the race!
Congratulations to all our swimmers, who showed great resilience and energy - plus some excellent team work. Well done, we are very proud of you all!
