Cumbria Novice Gymnastic Competition (Apr 2019)
Following on from our success in the Key Step Gymnastic competitions last term, two teams went on to perform in a further County competition in Carlisle. Giving up a Saturday, twelve students fine-tuned their routines and vaults to produce amazing performances and dazzle their audiences.
Our girls’ team performed well and were placed 4th in a very tough competition while the mixed team gained a place on the podium, winning silver medals – brilliant!
Congratulations to all involved and a big thank you to staff and parents for enabling the group to travel and perform on a Saturday.
