Chinese New Year Lunch (Spring 2014)

Fiona and the kitchen staff love to celebrate special days. Chinese New Year was an opportunity to really go to town and produce a veritable feast. With the help of Beryl’s parents, Mr and Mrs Chiang - who made the special sauce and a mountain of prawn crackers - the team produced a tasty memorable meal. The Golden Table was decorated with special laminated place mats and flowers on the gold tablecloth, which made the certificate winners treat even more exciting.
