Artsmark Gold! - Yes, we have done it again! (Dec 13)
Yes - we have done it again! North Lakes has got its Artsmark Gold for work in the Arts: music, drama, art, dance and writing. North Lakes has been recognised for all the wonderful cross-curricular art that takes place within the school and beyond.
The Arts Award assessor visited to tour the school and meet staff in September having considered the school’s initial application. She was very complimentary about North Lakes. She saw the children at work, and was thrilled by all the art forms and displays. She recognised how North Lakes loved working within the community, and praised the breadth and depth of the Arts in school. The assessor met governors and children and commented on pupil enthusiasm!
