Admissions - Starting School... it's a BIG step!
Most children starting at North Lakes School in the autumn term join from Brunswick Infant School, with whom we have very close links. Staff meet together throughout the year to ensure continuity and a smooth transition between our schools. The children from Brunswick will be provided with a number of opportunities to visit North Lakes. Children are of course also welcome to join North Lakes from other schools, and their induction will be supported carefully.
North Lakes School follows the agreed Admissions Policy for Westmorland & Furness LA Junior Schools. A copy of this is available below.
