Grasmere Class has been using their ‘green fingers’ to redesign and improve the garden in the centre of the school. With some help from Margaret Phillips and Mr Watson all the over grown bushes have gone and now replaced with a herb bed and two vegetables patches. We have already enjoyed lettuce, spinach, peas and radishes.
The courgettes and beans are nearly ready and we hope to have potatoes in September. New garden benches and decorations have all added in transforming the area.

A Garden Transformation!
Grasmere Class has been using their ‘green fingers’ to redesign and improve the garden in the centre of the school. With some help from Margaret Phillips and Mr Watson all the over grown bushes have gone and now replaced with a herb bed and two vegetables patches. We have already enjoyed lettuce, spinach, peas and radishes.The courgettes and beans are nearly ready and we hope to have potatoes in September. New garden benches and decorations have all added in transforming the area. We celebrated our success with a tea party for family and friends. Everyone enjoyed the homemade cakes! A very big thank you to all the staff for their hard work.
